Michael has traveled the country working for some of the most well known, respected and successful real estate investors and lecturers of our time, including Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Russ Whitney, Robert Shemin and National Grants. Michael is on the road 50 weeks a year teaching three day real estate seminars and also works with individuals one on one as a mentor teaching creative real estate strategies. Some of those strategies include rehabbing for profits, foreclosures, short sales, wholesaling and the buying and selling of notes just to name a few. Michael prides himself in teaching his patented technique of “21” ways to buy a house in a down market.

As a licensed realtor and real estate investor Michael has developed his own system and process of investing in real estate all over the country and now in Canada which he is glad to share with his students on a weekly basis. Michael has seen it all from ground up projects to working short sales with the bank and has personally acquired millions of dollars worth of real estate.

Michael currently hosts “The Business Counselor” a radio show on WBZT in West Palm Beach talking about real estate and how to grow your business.

Michael found his affinity for speaking and teaching shortly after graduating from the University of Miami where he was accepted to the prestigious Paige program working for NBC studios in New York City. Working on the set of Saturday Night Live, Nightly News with Tom Brokaw, a two week stint covering Wimbledon along with a one night baby sitting gig for the son of Bob Costas was just another day at the office. Michael was hooked on broadcasting and spent the next several years working as a Sports Anchor and News Anchor for such stations as WOAY (ABC) in West Virginia, WFTX (FOX) in Fort Myers, Florida and WPEC (ABC) in West Palm Beach where he was able to cover many memorable events including the Superbowl, Daytona 500, and the World Series.

Raised in Bayside Queens, New York, Michael now lives with his wife and two children in Florida. He is currently working on a book on how to profit in real estate in a down market and he also works with educating seniors several times a week on the benefits of reverse mortgages.
